Salam Every body.Now i want to give you few tips on breathing while exercising, which is really important.

-->Oxygen is essential while exercising always remember to continue to breath while doing your routine.
-->If your muscles do not get oxygen they will tend to cramp which can be painful.
-->If you do suffer cramps in your side while doing cardio do not stop suddenly continue to walk or march and take long deep breaths.
-->While doing your abdominal exercises please do try and remember that every time you raise your head you should be breathing out abdominal exercise are almost ineffective if you do not breath in and out as you raise and lower your head or shoulders.
-->An easy way to ensure this is to count as you exercise the reason for this is that when you count you breath out.
